“Thomas is an established expert on the subject of Corporate Governance, not only from publishing on the subject but from having been appointed to more than 25 boards,” said Shenkman. “Since the beginning of this year, Exigen Capital has benefitted from Mr. Ladner’s expertise in governance and private equity. It is a significant asset to have someone with his background managing our European interests.”

For the last seven years, Ladner was a partner with Meyer Lustenberger, one of the ten largest law firms in Zurich.
